Sold Sunday

In keeping with my modern house sensibility of late, I sold this house today.

It’s cool, right?

Newly built, it has many of the moment features that are completely captivating, but none more than the fireplace that passes through from living room to outdoor covered patio. In our climate, this is something that can be enjoyed almost all the time. And I would. Fantastic!

The entry hall delivers a confident POW that carries throughout the house. Angular. Intriguing. Inviting. Ingenious in places.

The top floor is the living space. It’s open and has a wrap around porch that literally goes around half the house. Awesome.

And I also really loved the lower level rec room opening out to the grassy, fenced yard. It made me imagine summertime bocce or croquet tournaments. Badminton, maybe.

2381 NE 90th Street. Three bedrooms, two and one-half baths. Two-car garage. 2720 interior square feet on a 6001 square foot lot. Asking price $629,950. For more photos and info: click here.
