Pulled Together

I have been touring around all week, seeing new listings, and what I am particularly struck by is how pulled together most properties are when newly listed around Seattle these days. HGTV has made an impact. Definitely.

My favorite of the week (so far), is this mid-century that has the most inviting stoop I’ve noticed in a while.

Inside, it’s got the classic streamlined design.

And the staging is perfect.

7022 39th Avenue Northeast, View Ridge. Four bedrooms, three baths, 2192 interior square feet on a 5992 square foot lot. Built in 1962. Asking Price $599,000. Open Sunday, May 1st, 2-4 p.m.
