How Promising

In keeping with the momentum of a new year, each of the properties I saw on tour today were fresh and good. Pricing seemed cheerfully optimistic, but maybe not overly so since the competition really is thin out there right now.

The day was clear so views were winter sharp just driving from place to place. I loved looking back at the city from this 1925 bungalow obligingly perched well up from the street in Leschi.

City views. Listed by Carrie Haymond at Windermere. Open Saturday, January 7th from 12- 3 p.m. For more info and photos, click here.

And then I became enchanted with this bathroom in a 1913 quirky vintage home in Lakewood.

4414 50th Ave South. Asking price $349,950. Three bedrooms, one and three-quarter baths. 2560 interior square feet on a 5400 square foot lot. Garage. Wonderfully large and well proportioned spaces filled with light. Listed by Team Diva Real Estate at Coldwell Banker Bain.
