2013 Kicks Off
Happy New Year while it’s still a little new.
Many things have kept me busy and away from the website, including of course the overwhelmingness of the holidays. Woven in and out of that have been real estate activities, some travel, and fighting off a flu which seems to have overtaken the city.
Here is a photographic narrative of what I’ve been doing since my last post which I hope will redeem my absence.

Santa still delivers to the Saver household. We must have been good.

Christmas morning with the boys. Seahawks fans!

Strolling at midnight. New Year’s Eve on Orange Grove Boulevard in Pasadena while the Rose Parade floats begin to line up.

Curbside for the gorgeous Rose Parade bright and early New Year’s morning. This was all sorts of awesome.

Newport Beach. a gondola in the harbor, warm weather prevailed.

Showing a property with exceptionally (ridiculously?) tall sinks.

At escrow, signing closing documents. First closing of the new year. Hooray!
Best news of all: I sold my listing at 9500 Hilltop Drive in Bellevue. Very busy it was over there once we came on the market with showings almost every day. We received two offers after only 18 days of market time (one of which was Christmas, another New Year’s day). Astonishingly active! The day after New Year’s the sun came out and we could finally get a good shot of Mt. Rainier from this magnificently sited property. A blue sky day to properly start January 2013. Love it.
