Real estate continues to thrive in Seattle, ten sales reported at the GBK meeting this morning a hearty number for the middle of June. Inventory does not keep pace with demand. We need more inventory!
Aren’t we all very weary of this refrain by now?
To do my part, I have brought this condominium home to market. It’s a good one.
Live in a historic landmark! The Austin Bell was originally constructed in 1889 as a hotel, said to be one of the showiest edifices in town at the time though its location was considered the outskirts. In 1999, Murray Franklin developed this designated landmark into a condominium complex, retaining its facade and some of the original elements while making modern the condominium homes within.
2324 1st Avenue, Belltown, Seattle. Offered at $205,000. One bedroom, one full bath. 501 square feet. En-suite washer/dryer. Garage parking. Common area amenities include dramatic lobby entrance, courtyard patio, and great rooftop deck. Monthly dues: $371. This particular unit allows for live/work space so you can run your small business here, too, if so inclined – a rarity! And what an affordable find in re-burgeoning Belltown.
Open tomorrow, Tuesday, 11:30-1:30 p.m. For more info and photos, click here.
