Jumping Into July

And so begins the second half of the year. Plenty of hot summer weather to usher it in. Hot and humid. Steamy! But we Realtors are intrepid. We work through all sorts of day to day distractions, like 90 degree days and an extra disruptive festive Pride week-end on Capitol Hill. Ten sales reported again for the past week at GBK, not much of a let up from the busy spring market. Now it’s become the summer market setting the pace. We wonder if appraisers will be able to justify appreciating prices as they continue to climb.

This new office listing comes along just in time for someone who really wants to embrace summer in Seattle.: lots of  windows with blue water views of the lake and bucolic outside spaces for lingering on warm nights.
