Mondo Like A Condo

We had eclectic activity in our office last week; GBK sales included two Judkins Park small apartment buildings and farm land in Snohomish, as well as the usual houses and condos.

We also toured four new office listings which are each likely to pop fast with the way things go around here in the new economy.

My favorite was this one at the Monique Lofts on Capitol Hill where I sold a unit in a fierce bidding war earlier this spring. I like the Monique because it’s just enough out of the ordinary to insure coolitude without spilling completely over into funky.
