On Thursdays, GBK shows up. We get out and we tour. We visit open houses in the 390 and the 380 (Madison Park to Seward Park, Lake Washington to I-5) , and we host open houses on our listed properties. We are small but mighty. Especially if you live or do business in these neighborhoods, you know who we are. Today was an especially impressive showing. Check out these three new office listings I visited, all worth it:

Swimming Pool Season

07/28/2010

This time of year, I want one.

And really, any time of year, a swimming pool is a beautiful sight to behold right outside your door. It holds out promise all of the time. So never mind that we’re not swimming in it. It’s still blue. And shimmery. And good Feng Shui.

This particular pool is attached to a cool contemporary in Seward Park.

I like the stone fireplace.

And the stone wall in the dining room.

And the walls of windows throughout. Particularly on a blue sky day.

6925 56th Ave S, Seattle 98118. Four bedrooms. Three and a half baths. 3490 interior square feet on a quarter-acre lot. Asking price $698,000.
